Tell the Truth by Will Metzger
Getting Evangelicals Saved by Paris Reidhead
Today's Gospel Authentic or Synthetic by Walter Chantry
And finally Charles Leiter's Justification and Regeneration which goes in depth in the areas of what the new birth looks like and what happens from a scriptural view of the workings of God in salvation.

I would like to include to your list a book called "Sovereign God- For Us and Through Us" by David Eells. I had a whimsical view of God's sovereignty as depicted by today's evangelical preachers.
