How dare you use Scripture to strike down our traditions!
(/sarcasm)

Thank you for posting this. I have been teaching this for a couple years and was starting to think I was one voice crying in the wilderness.

PS--There are a couple fellows in your header I don't recognize: (1) the one in between Piper and MacArthur, and (2) the one just below Spurgeon. Who are these?

The fellow between Piper and MacArthur is Jim McClarty, the Pastor from whom this message is from.

The pastor below Spurgeon is Alistair Begg.

He is by far, my most favorite pastor to listen to.

Thank you Philip for giving GCA (and the message that they preach) your support.

Okey-doke! Thanks! I't funny to hear and read what some great men of God have had to say, but never see a picture of them (I probably wouldn't have known Mark Dever if I had tripped over him until about a year ago).

Anyhoo, keep up the wonderful work!

Thanks Guy! And thanks again to Philip for his continued support of GCA.

Four* Pointer, just a word of warning ... if you hang around here for very long they will make a five-pointer out of you. :-)

Seriously, thanks for kind, encouraging words!

To God be the glory, great things He has done!

Actually, I am a 5-Poinetr! It took me a while, but reading John Piper's article on "What We Believe about the 5 points of Calvinsim" helped me to understand God's Irresistable Grace in drawing the sinner to himself.

Unfortunately, I had been using the nickname for about a year, so I just decided to keep it :)
