Wanted: Calvinistic Blogs
The Blogger platform has finally added a "page" feature that you can see from the links listed above. I've created a blog roll page that currently sits empty.
What I need for you to do is reply to this post with a link to your Calvinistic blog.
Do you have to link to ReformedVoices.com in return?
No, but it would be really nice of you if you did :)

Desiring Heaven, But Not God
"But alas, how little fit for heaven are many who talk of going to heaven when they die, while they manifestly have no saving faith, and no real acquaintance with Christ. You give Christ no honor here. You have no communion with Him. You do not love him. Alas! What could you do in heaven? It would be no place for you. Its joys would be no joys for you. It happiness would be a happiness into which you could not enter. Its employments would be a weariness and burden to your heart. Oh, repent and change before it be too late!"

Give Me A Chance To Preach
"If you've seen the Gospel... after preaching it for 25 years, you will still be saying "Give me a chance to preach, all I want to do is preach."

Lord, Help Me To Glorify You
Lord, help me to glorify you;
I am poor, help me to glorify you by contentment;
I am sick, help me to give you honor by patience;
I have talents, help me to extol you by spending them for you;
I have time, Lord, help me to redeem it, that I may serve you;
I have a heart to feel, Lord,
let that heart feel no love but yours,
and glow with no flame but affection for you;
I have a head to think,
Lord, help me to think of you and for you;
You have put me in this world for something, Lord,
show me what that is,
and help me to work out my life-purpose:
I cannot do much, but as the widow put in her two mites,
which were all her living,
so, Lord, I cast my time and eternity too into your treasury;
I am all yours;
take me, and enable me to glorify you now,
in all that I say, in all that I do, and with all that I have.

Light Shining out of Darkness
God moves in a mysterious way
His wonders to perform;
He plants His footsteps in the sea,
And rides upon the storm.
Deep in unfathomable mines
Of never-failing skill,
He treasures up His bright designs,
And works His sovereign will.
Ye fearful saints, fresh courage take,
The clouds ye so much dread
Are big with mercy, and shall break
In blessings on your head.
Judge not the Lord by feeble sense,
But trust Him for His grace;
Behind a frowning providence
He hides a smiling face.
His purposes will ripen fast,
Unfolding every hour;
The bud may have a bitter taste,
But sweet will be the flower.
Blind unbelief is sure to err,
And scan His work in vain:
God is His own interpreter,
And he will make it plain.

Free Audiobook: Religion Saves...
and Nine Other MisconceptionsBy Mark Driscoll
"Pastor Mark Driscoll addresses the nine most pressing questions posed by visitors to the Mars Hill Church website."
You can download the audiobook free at ChristianAudio.com during the month of February 2010, click here.
Here's the book form at Amazon: Religion Saves: And Nine Other Misconceptions (Re:Lit)
Note: This isn't necessarily an endorsement of Pastor Driscoll or all that he does. I know there are mixed opinions on him in the Reformed community and you will notice I have very little (if any) material from him on this site. This audiobook could serve as a research tool for those that are not Driscoll fans.
